Meet the Newest Team Member at LeAnne Bunnell Interiors

Last month, I introduced you to one of the members of our Calgary interior design team… this month, another brave face is stepping out of the shadows!

Now, it’s worth mentioning that a functional, well-rounded design team isn’t just made up of interior designers.

We need capable hands to manage day-to-day operations, to take amazing care of our clients and, let’s be honest, to take care of all of us here at the LBI office — as we’re often in and out, having client consultations and design meetings, or running around to sites and showrooms.

So it’s no exaggeration when I say this month’s featured team member is the glue that keeps the LBI family together!

Name: Lorissa Lynn Good

LBI Role: Client Care & Office Manager

Lorissa is the newest member of LBI, having joined our talented and cheeky crew when the stars aligned this March.

Though Calgary has been her home from the start, interior design wasn’t her first industry. She hails from the beauty world, where aesthetics and wellbeing go hand-in-hand as much as they do in a home.

Now that we’ve snatched her away, Lorissa is most excited by the challenges that come with this new industry. (And she’s meeting those challenges most excellently so far!)

Beyond her talent, Lorissa is simply a wonderful person to be around. We hit it off right away, and there’s no looking back now.

My favorite part of design is…
Seeing how elements unexpectedly work together.

The most exciting project I’ve worked on so far is…
I’m so new… they’ve all been exciting!

My most prized possession is…
My dog, Gabby.

People say I’m…
Super fun.

I say I’m…
Super fun!

The weirdest thing in my purse is usually…
Doggie bags.

I cannot live without…

My Very Important People are…
Page, Ben, Daniel and Steve. My kids and my partner.

If I could go anywhere in the world, it would be…
I wanna go everywhere! So many places I have yet to visit!

Someday I would love to…
Live on Vancouver Island.

When I’m not at work, I can be found…
In thrift stores, walking my dog and digging in my garden.

Lorissa’s right. She adds charisma, caring, and — there’s no other word for it — fun to our lives each day. If you ever contact us or meet her yourself, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about.

Thanks for sharing, Lorissa, and welcome to the team!

Until next week, my lovely people,
